VM Ramen en Deuren – Pressing instead of nailing
During a visit to our stand at Polyclose, our client noticed the CNC-controlled single-head corner press. It quickly became clear that a significant time saving could be achieved by pressing aluminium windows and doors instead of nailing them. Simply eliminating the need for special corner brackets ensured that this machine paid for itself quickly.

After testing this machine in the showroom of Tryma using their own profiles, the decision was made to purchase the machine. The machine was then programmed and delivered by Tryma. After one day of installation and training, the machine was operational. In addition, the intention is to control this machine in the future via TrymaSoft for further digitalisation of the production process.
