Machine for the automatic and simultaneous rolling of both the glass gasket and acoustic gasket in window and door profiles made of PVC, aluminum, or wood. The machine can be equipped with multiple heads for rolling different types of gaskets. Settings are fully automatic after entering the profile type at the machine’s control panel. The rubber is miter-rolled, ensuring that the gasket is always properly seated in the groove. At the end of the profile, the gaskets are automatically cut. The finished profiles are then discharged onto a roller conveyor or buffer table.
