Together with Tryma, a tailored plan was developed, based on a customized layout and a phased investment plan. In the first phase, investment focused on a seal roll-in machine combined with a CNC 4-head corner press. This allows one operator to install seals on the profiles, assemble the elements, and place them on the feeding table of the corner press. The pressed elements are transferred to an output table, where a second operator removes the sealant, checks the corners, and glues the seals. Thanks to the tilting feature of the output table, elements can be ergonomically removed by the operator and then stored in buffer compartments. In the future, space is provided for expansion with an automatic buffer and sorting system, for which the corner press is already prepared.

This new workflow ensures better flow and higher productivity without requiring additional staff.
