Together with Tryma, they visited several reference customers to see the solutions in action and hear first-hand experiences. Following these positive impressions, Tryma developed a layout tailored to the available space and desired workflow.

The new production line includes a 4-head crimping machine, an automatic machine for rolling in rebate and glass seals into the crimped elements, and an automatic buffer and sorting system. These machines are fully integrated and connected into one automatic line, so elements no longer need to be manually moved. The distribution cart handles internal logistics and transports the different elements to the correct workstations. Zones were also arranged for both pre-assembly of frames and sashes and final assembly, equipped with tiltable work tables for ergonomic finishing.

A unique feature of this project is the implementation of TrymaSoft, Tryma’s proprietary software for machine and workflow control. Thanks to this solution, paper work orders are a thing of the past: after scanning the barcode, all necessary information automatically appears on the workstation screen. This allows a fully digital, clear, and efficient production. ALU DB now has an ultramodern, fully integrated production line that takes productivity, quality, and ergonomics to the next level.
