Tryma does not process special and/or sensitive data. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from visitors under 16 years old, unless they have parental or guardian consent. Tryma processes your personal data based on consent, for the performance of a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest to ensure and optimize the proper functioning of our website. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you by phone or email to handle your request or provide our services
  • Allowing you to create an account
  • Delivering your products
  • Analyzing your behavior on the website to improve the website and tailor our products and services to your preferences

Tryma also processes personal data when legally required, such as for tax purposes.

  • Account data remains stored as long as your account is active

Tryma only shares personal data with third parties if necessary for the performance of our contract with you (e.g., PostNL for package delivery) or to comply with a legal obligation (e.g., tax authorities).

Website visit monitoring

To measure business use of our website, we use the Leadinfo service from Rotterdam. This service shows company names and addresses based on our visitors’ IP addresses, but the IP address itself is not stored.

Accessing, modifying, or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing, and you have the right to data portability.

Requests for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection can be sent to info@tryma.be. Please include a copy of your ID, blacking out the photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), ID number, and citizen service number (BSN). We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority: the Data Protection Authority: Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.

How we secure personal data

Tryma takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you suspect that your data is not secure or there are signs of misuse, contact us by phone or at info@tryma.be.
