In consultation with the client, Tryma developed a complete layout and proposal. Reference visits were also made in Belgium to customers who have been using these machines for years and rely on Tryma for installation, maintenance, and service.

The new production line at Servalux consists of a 4-head crimping machine, a machine for rolling in seals into crimped windows and doors, and a fully automatic buffer system. All machines are controlled by TrymaSoft, Tryma’s software platform developed from years of industry experience. This solution allows Servalux not only to control the machines directly but also to manage the entire workflow and set priorities according to desired deliveries.

Additionally, the workshop layout was produced by Tryma’s Polish branch, including various transport carts for profiles and elements, and work tables for sashes, frames, elements with roller shutters, and sliding windows. Each workstation is equipped with a PC running TrymaSoft: after scanning the barcode, the operator immediately receives all necessary information to perform the task correctly and efficiently.

Thanks to this investment, Servalux now has an ultramodern and fully digital production line. The combination of advanced machines, smart software, and ergonomic workshop layout ensures efficient, error-free, and well-organized production. This project demonstrates how collaboration with Tryma results in a future-proof solution ready for further growth.
