An ultramodern machine park was designed and implemented. A CNC 4-head crimping machine serves as the central link, combined with a double machine for rolling in seals in the crimped windows and doors. Thanks to this double configuration, the cycle time of one minute per element of the crimping machine can be perfectly maintained. This means: one crimped element every minute, fully equipped with seals.

In addition, multiple automatic buffer and sorting installations were placed to transport the elements quickly and accurately to the next workstations. Manual searching and lifting of elements is now a thing of the past. Each workstation is ergonomically and task-oriented designed, allowing a single operator to independently perform all operations. Dividing tasks into separate stations – such as pre-assembly and final assembly – has significantly increased productivity.

An automatic glass buffer ensures that the right glass is always available at the right time and place. After final assembly, all elements are thoroughly checked before being packaged and made ready for shipping.

With this state-of-the-art machine park, Pierret now has one of the most advanced production environments. The combination of high production speed, ergonomics, and full digitalization makes the company a sector reference and a prime example of what aluminum window and door production will look like in the future.
