BRUVO – Steps Towards Advanced Production Automation
As part of the transition from father to son, BRUVO wanted to further structure, automate, and future-proof their production process for windows and doors. The company had already successfully invested in a CNC 4-head crimping machine from Tryma, but now wanted to take the next step toward a fully optimized and ergonomic production environment.

- CNC 4-head crimping machine
- Automatic seal roll-in machine
- Automatic buffer and sorting station
- Vertical glazing bead assembly line
- Tiltable assembly tables
For inspiration, BRUVO visited, together with Tryma, the advanced production hall of Pierret in Bertrix, where all possible steps in automation and digitalization were visible. This convinced the client that further automation was the right choice. Tryma then developed a complete custom layout, tailored to the existing space, desired capacity, and employee ergonomics.
The existing 4-head crimping machine was repositioned and combined with a machine for automatic and continuous roll-in of seals into the crimped windows and doors. The finished elements are then automatically collected by a mobile distribution cart and stored in vertical buffer compartments. This cart also handles feeding and discharge of elements to and from the different assembly tables. Each workstation in the hall was set up for specific tasks within the production process, optimizing overall organization and efficiency.
Thanks to this investment, BRUVO now has one of the most advanced production workshops for aluminum windows and doors. The new setup combines efficiency, ergonomics, and automation, forming the perfect foundation for the family business’s future growth into the next generation.
