Alulim - Installation Gasket Assembly Machine
Last week, the Tryma sales team visited our German supplier Lemuth for the technical acceptance of a roll-in machine for seals. After testing the machine with different profile types processed by the end customer, the operation and quality of the rolled-in seals were approved. This way, we can always ensure smooth delivery and installation for our customers.

The machine is equipped with 3 heads for the automatic and spliced rolling of 3 types of seals into pre-cut and processed aluminum profiles. The operator selects the profile number on the PC screen, and all settings are then fully automatic. Profiles are fed automatically into the machine, and the seals are rolled and spliced. The machine detects the profile length so the gaskets can be automatically cut at the profile end. Finished profiles are discharged to an output storage with a pneumatic pusher.
