Antoon Decock – CNC corner press
In an initial phase, investment was made in a cutting and machining centre and an automatic sealing insertion system for the sawn profiles. Now, a CNC-controlled single-head corner press has also been purchased to speed up the pressing of aluminium corners for windows and doors.

Na eerdere installaties mochten we opnieuw een machine leveren bij Antoon Decock, producent van aluminium buitenschrijnwerk. Ditmaal ging het om 𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗡𝗖 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘂𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲 𝟭-𝗸𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀.
Dankzij de koppeling met het werkvoorbereidingsprogramma volstaat het voor de operator om de barcode te scannen. De machine stelt zich vervolgens automatisch in. Zo kunnen verschillende profielsystemen probleemloos door elkaar verwerkt worden, zonder manuele omstellingen.
Een mooie volgende stap in de verdere automatisatie en efficiëntie van het productieproces. Bedankt voor het vertrouwen!
