Pierret – Extra Flexibility with CNC 1-Head Crimping Machine
Pierret has a fully automated production line for aluminium windows and doors, equipped with a 4-head crimping machine. However, for processing special elements such as profiles with very small or very large dimensions, an additional solution was needed.
1-Head Crimping Machine

To produce these specials outside the main production line, Pierret opted for a CNC-controlled 1-head crimping machine. This machine offers the same functionalities as the 4-head version and uses the same control and visualization software. As a result, operators were able to start working immediately after installation, with no extra training or workflow adjustments required.
With the addition of the 1-head crimping machine, Pierret now has increased production flexibility. Special elements can be processed easily and quickly, while maintaining continuity and consistency in operation.
