Aluneo – Increased Capacity Thanks to 4-Head Crimping Machine
Aluneo, the sister company of Hemmar, had previously invested in a CNC 1-head corner crimping machine from Tryma. To further increase production capacity and make the process more efficient, they sought the next solution for their automation.

They opted for a complete 4-head corner crimping machine installation, consisting of an automatic feeding table, the 4-head corner crimping machine, and an automatic output table. While the machine presses one element, the next element can already be placed on the feeding table. After pressing, the elements are automatically transported to the output table. The corners are freely accessible, allowing the operator to easily remove glue without lifting or moving the element. All settings are fully automatic after scanning the profile barcodes. In addition, Aluneo can press both the Decalu and Cortizo profile systems with the same press blades, without any manual changes or adjustments.
Thanks to this efficient setup, Aluneo achieves a production capacity of up to one pressed element every 60 seconds. The combination of speed, automation, and ease of use makes production not only much more productive but also more ergonomic and reliable.
