Aluzon - CNC 4-head corner crimping machine
To achieve higher production capacity and deliver perfect crimping quality, it was decided to invest in a CNC-controlled 4-head corner press. With this machine, different profile systems can also be processed together without manual adjustments.

Thanks to the enormous flexibility of this machine, all profile types from different systems can be pressed together without any manual adjustments by the operator. This results in significant time savings. Moreover, all settings are fully automatic, so the operator does not require any specific knowledge. The machine is controlled via the client’s calculation software. After scanning the barcode, the 4 heads automatically move to their positions according to the element’s dimensions, and the press blades automatically adjust according to the profile type being pressed. The cycle time is under 1 minute per pressed element.
