Willy Naessens again relied on Tryma’s expertise to develop a tailored plan. Thanks to experience from previous projects, Tryma was fully familiar with the client’s production processes and could select and integrate the most advanced machines into a cohesive production line.

The new line includes a CNC 4-head crimping machine, an automatic seal roll-in machine for windows and doors, an automatic buffer and sorting system, and multiple assembly lines with vertical conveyors and integrated assembly tables. This allows elements to be assembled autonomously and ergonomically. Recently, the line was expanded with an inspection station and packaging table, enabling systematic inspection of all finished elements and preparing them for shipment.

With these expansions, Willy Naessens now has an ultramodern production line combining high capacity, automation, ergonomics, and quality. Thanks to the integration of the different machines, the process runs entirely in flow, ensuring more efficient production and perfectly finished windows and doors.
