The single-head corner crimper is equipped with a large touch screen for operation and visualization. The machine can be controlled from any type of calculation software. The operator scans the barcode using a wireless barcode scanner, after which the crimping tools are automatically positioned. The screen clearly indicates how the profile should be positioned and which corner needs to be crimped first, allowing profile combinations to be processed automatically.

The element is clamped from the top and the inside by a servo-adjustable counterblock according to the profile type. The crimping tools are suitable for all profile types and never need to be changed. Multiple profile types and series can be crimped in sequence without changeover times.

The machine offers unlimited memory capacity for creating programs for different profiles. Thanks to CNC control, production data can also be monitored and analyzed.
