Together with Tryma, WAKO visited several reference customers who have been using the latest model for years. The positive experiences convinced the company to invest in the new generation 4-head crimping machine. This model is equipped with servo-controlled blades that automatically position according to the profile type. Manual blade changes are now completely a thing of the past.

Thanks to this investment, WAKO can process profiles from both systems without any time loss or risk of errors. The cycle time has been further optimized to a maximum of 60 seconds per crimped element. In addition, WAKO chose the largest version, with an impressive reach of 6,500 x 3,000 mm. The result is a significant productivity gain and maximum flexibility for the future.
