CS Raamconstructies – New Start with CNC-Controlled 4-Head Crimping Machine
CS Raamconstructies, manufacturer of aluminium and steel joinery, was recently integrated into the Fransen Bouwgroep. For this new start, the company moved into a completely new building. At the same time, it was decided to upgrade the production facilities with the aim of delivering only top-quality products.

To achieve this, CS Raamconstructies opted for the installation of a CNC-controlled 4-head crimping machine from Tryma. This machine guarantees precision, speed, and flexibility in the production of windows and doors. Together with Tryma, a complete plant layout was developed, including a clear roadmap for future investments. This ensured that the new crimping machine was placed in its final position right away, avoiding additional time and cost for later relocations.
Thanks to this investment, CS Raamconstructies now has a modern production environment ready for the future. The new crimping machine raises the quality and efficiency of production to a higher level and forms the foundation for a phased automation of the workshop.
