The sashes are automatically fed by a distribution cart or a powered conveyor table. The vertical lift moves the sashes upward and stores them in the buffer rack. The standard buffer rack has a height of approximately 4,500 mm and is equipped with 23 positions. The depth of each compartment is 1,500 mm. If the sash width is less than 700 mm, two sashes can be stored in one compartment. Optionally, the buffer rack can be custom-built to fully utilize the available height. The transport direction can be either lengthwise or widthwise.

Next to the horizontal buffer, a fitting table is installed. The sashes are automatically fed so that the fitting table is continuously supplied.

Finished sashes can also be restocked in a second horizontal buffer tower. The required sash for installation into the frame can then be automatically retrieved and pneumatically tilted into a vertical position, allowing the operator to handle it ergonomically.
