The robot is designed for assembling strike plates, visible and concealed fittings, and other accessories.

The elements are automatically fed via a vertical roller conveyor. The profile on which the fittings are to be mounted is first clamped automatically. The robot then performs all necessary operations. It can be equipped to drill, place various types of fittings, and screw them into position. For each type of screw, an additional screw magazine is provided. Screws are automatically supplied to the electric screw driver.

A magazine is included for the different types of fittings, which can be refilled from the back without stopping the system. Once all fittings are assembled, the finished frame is transferred to an automatic vertical roller conveyor.
