The PX5000 is a 17-axis CNC-controlled cutting and machining centre designed for aluminium profiles.
The machine is equipped with an automatic loading magazine and a 2-axis CNC-controlled gripping clamp, ensuring fast and highly accurate positioning of the profiles inside the cutting and machining cabin.
The fully enclosed cabin consists of a cutting module and a machining module. The cutting module features a 5-axis controlled saw blade with a diameter of 550 mm, allowing profiles to be cut accurately to length and at different angles.
The machining module is equipped with a 4-axis rotating unit with 6 electric spindles, allowing the profiles to be machined on all four sides.
After cutting and machining, the profiles are automatically transported to the unloading magazine by the gripping clamp. The standard unloading magazine has a length of 4 metres and can optionally be extended to 7 metres.
The complete system is operated via a PC with label printer, providing simple and clear control of the production process.
