CNC profile machining center suitable for milling, drilling, tapping, and machining the ends of profiles made of aluminum, PVC, and light metals with a wall thickness of up to 2 mm.

The machine is equipped with two pneumatically foldable profile stops as standard and can machine profiles up to 4,000 mm using 1 stop. The electric spindle, with a power of 6 kW in S1 and HSK-F50 cone interface, allows profiles to be machined at any angle between 0° and 180°.

Profiles are clamped using 4 small-sized clamps, optimizing the machinable surface on three sides and allowing the machining of short profile pieces.

The P105 has a maximum machinable profile cross-section of 300 mm in width and 260 mm in height. The spindle moves the clamps automatically with the highest precision to the desired positions. The P105 machine is equipped with a tool magazine with 8 positions for automatic tool changes, fixed in the center of the machining area, and features an integrated tool length measuring system.
