D-Glas – New Double Head Saw and CNC Machining Center
D-Glas from Ostend, part of the Willy Naessens group, specializes in glass balustrades, among other things. For cutting and machining their aluminium profiles, they sought the right machines. Based on positive experiences with previous installations within the Willy Naessens joinery department, they contacted Tryma.

After discussing requirements and desired capacity, a proposal was developed and a reference client visited. The solution consisted of a combination of a 2-head saw and a 4-axis CNC machining center, fully tailored to their specific production process. The machining center was also equipped with a special tool for threading the profiles.
