ALU DB – Precision and Flexibility Thanks to Double Head Saw
ALU DB was looking for a new 2-head saw for their secondary profiles. Key requirements included automatic angle adjustment from 22.5° to 135° for special joints, a wide capacity for broad profiles, the ability to cut long profiles, and efficient processing of cutting lists.

After an extensive market study, ALU DB chose the Tryma solution with the TM-133-PRO 2-head saw. The machine offers a maximum cutting length of 6 meters per cycle, with the option to resume profiles for even longer lengths. It is equipped with two 600 mm diameter diamond blades, ensuring long service life and reducing the frequency of blade replacements or re-sharpening, saving both time and costs. Additionally, the saw is linked to the client’s window program, allowing cutting lists to be imported directly.
Thanks to this investment, ALU DB now has an extremely flexible and reliable solution that meets all their specific requirements. The result: higher precision, faster cycle times, and a significant reduction in downtime and maintenance costs.
