Drunova invested in a modern double-head saw with a larger cutting range thanks to bigger saw blades and direct control via their Orgadata calculation software. After cutting, a label with barcode and relevant information is automatically printed. A few years later, Drunova decided to further automate production by replacing the existing 3-axis machining centre with a CNC 4-axis machining centre from Pertici. This machine is also directly controlled via Orgadata: after scanning the barcode, the machining centre automatically performs the required operations.
