CNC profile machining center suitable for milling, drilling, tapping, and end-face machining of aluminum, PVC, and light metal profiles with wall thicknesses up to 2 mm.

The machine is standard equipped with pneumatically retractable profile stops on both the left and right sides for machining profile lengths up to 3,200 mm with 1 stop, and up to 6,400 mm with 2 stops. The 5 kW S1 electric spindle with HSK-F50 tool holder allows profiles to be machined at all angles between 0° and 180°.

Profiles are clamped using 4 compact clamps to optimize the machinable surface on three sides and to accommodate short profile sections.

The Premium model has a maximum machinable profile cross-section of 280 mm in width and 260 mm in height. The spindle automatically moves the clamps with the highest precision to the desired positions. The TM-P104 machine is equipped with an 8-position tool magazine, centrally mounted within the machining area, for automatic tool changes. Optionally, a second tool magazine can be provided to expand the capacity to 16 tools.
