CNC profile machining center suitable for milling, drilling, tapping, and end-face machining of aluminum, PVC, and light metal profiles with wall thicknesses up to 2 mm.

The machine comes standard with 2 pneumatically foldable profile stops, allowing a machinable profile length of up to 7,000 mm. It features a single work zone mode as well as a pendular mode for alternating work in 2 separate zones to optimize productivity. The 5 kW S1 electric spindle with HSK-F50 tool holder enables machining of profiles at all angles between 0° and 180°.

Profiles are clamped using 2 × 4 small-sized clamps, optimizing the machinable profile surfaces on 3 sides and enabling machining of short profile sections. The maximum machinable profile cross-section is 225 mm in width and 260 mm in height. The spindle automatically positions the clamps with high precision to the desired locations. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with an individual clamp positioning system.

The P107 machine is equipped with a dynamic 8-position tool magazine for automatic tool changes, moving along the X-axis of the machine for fast tool replacement.
