Specifications
CNC profile machining center suitable for milling, drilling, tapping, and end-face machining of aluminum and PVC profiles.
The machine is available in 3 versions with machining lengths of 4.000 mm/ 7.000 mm / 9.000 mm and two different work zones: a single work zone or a pendular mode with two separate work zones.
The 8.5 kW S1 (optional 10 kW) electric spindle with HSK-F63 tool holder is suitable for machining industrial profiles. The rotating spindle allows profiles to be machined at all angles between 0° and 180°.
The machine is equipped with a 10-position tool magazine for automatic tool changes, mounted next to the spindle for quick tool replacement.
Depending on the version of the profile machining center, the machine is equipped with 8 or 12 automatic profile clamps. The clamps are automatically positioned along the X-axis by the spindle or optionally with servo-adjustable clamps.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a 500 mm saw blade for straight cuts at 90°.
