CNC profile machining center suitable for milling, drilling, tapping, sawing, and end-face machining of aluminum and PVC profiles.

The machine is available in 2 versions with machining lengths of 7.000 mm/9.000 mm and two different work zones: a single work zone or a pendular mode with two separate work zones. The machine is available as Essential, Premium, and Premium Plus models.

The 8.5 kW S1 (optional 11 kW) electric spindle with HSK-F63 tool holder is suitable for machining industrial profiles with large cross-sections.

The combination of A-axis and C-axis movements allows the spindle to be positioned at all possible angles: +/- 90° for the A-axis and +/- 320° for the C-axis.

The machine is equipped with a 10/16-position tool magazine for automatic tool changes, mounted next to the spindle on the bridge for quick tool replacement. The magazine can accommodate tools with a diameter of up to 180 mm.

The saw blade with a diameter of 400/450 mm and HSK-F63 tool holder is stored separately in a dedicated magazine. The spindle’s 4 interpolating axes make the saw blade suitable for all types of operations.

Depending on the version of the profile machining center, the machine is equipped with 8 or 12 automatic profile clamps. The clamps are individually positioned to the desired locations.

A notable feature of the machine is the ability to machine profile ends after sawing and separating the profiles. This allows the machine to operate continuously, even after the profile sections have been cut.
