The work platform consists of 2 support beams, which are extendable from 3.000 to 5.000 mm. The position of the top support beam is automatically adjustable according to the height of the element. The top support beam is equipped with a continuous wooden plate to support the roller shutter box during assembly. The height of this support is manually adjustable via a handwheel. The working height is fixed and adjustable between 900 and 1.000 mm. Thanks to the open structure of the work platform, all four sides of the element being assembled are easily accessible. The surface of the work platform is standardly covered with rubber, brushes, or sliding strips. Felt can be optionally added. The maximum load capacity is 400 kg. The work platform can be pneumatically tilted from a horizontal to a vertical position using a foot pedal. A clamping cylinder is provided to secure the element during tilting. The roller conveyor is pneumatically foldable and comes with rollers 200 mm in length. The standard color is RAL 7035.
