The base dimensions of the work platform are 3.000 x 1.800 mm. The work platform consists of 4 support beams, which are extendable from 3.000 to 5.000 mm. The positions of the support beams are manually adjustable. The top support beam is adjustable from 1.800 to 2.700 mm. The working height is fixed and adjustable between 900 and 1.000 mm. Thanks to the open structure of the work platform, all four sides of the element being assembled are easily accessible. The surface of the work platform is standardly covered with rubber, brushes, or sliding strips. Felt can be optionally added. The maximum load capacity is 400 kg. The work platform can be pneumatically tilted from a horizontal to a vertical position using a foot pedal. A clamping cylinder is provided to secure the element during tilting. The roller conveyor is pneumatically foldable and comes with rollers 200 mm in length. The standard color is RAL 7035.
