The TM-50.50 assembly table is designed for the final assembly of sliding windows. The table consists of 3 work platforms. The middle work platform is fixed, while the left and right platforms are manually adjustable according to the width of the sliding window. The total width of the work table is adjustable from 2.880 mm up to a maximum of 7.000 mm. Thanks to the open structure and narrow work platforms, the sliding window is easily accessible from all positions.

The height of the work platforms is extendable from 2,200 to 3,200 mm. The working height is fixed and adjustable between 900 and 1.000 mm. The surface of the work platform is standardly covered with rubber, brushes, or sliding strips. Felt can be optionally added. The maximum load capacity is 500 kg. The work platform can be pneumatically tilted from a horizontal to a vertical position using a foot pedal. Clamping cylinders are provided on the left and right sides to secure the element during tilting. The roller conveyors are manually foldable and are equipped with 200 mm long rollers. The standard color is RAL 7035.

Optionally, 2 trolleys can be provided for lifting and moving the sliding window. In the horizontal position, metal supports are screwed to both sides of the sliding window. In the vertical position, these supports can be lifted using the 2 trolleys. By operating a handwheel, the sliding window is raised and released from the roller conveyor. The sliding window can then be moved using the 2 trolleys and stored at another location on these supports. A dedicated transport cart is available for storing the unused metal supports.
