Saw center for automatic cutting of PVC profiles with automatic loading and unloading magazines. The machine can operate autonomously without operator intervention. The working direction can be chosen: left-to-right or right-to-left. The machine can be controlled by all common calculation programs.

The automatic loading magazine has a capacity for 10 profiles with a maximum length of 6,600 mm and is equipped with a profile detection system. It is also possible to load short profile pieces down to 400 mm. The saw module is equipped with a saw blade with a diameter of 500 or 600 mm and features an automatically rotating worktable for cutting at 45° / 90° / 135° (intermediate angles available as an option).

The saw module is fully enclosed for operator safety with a protective cover. The machine is prepared for connection to an automatic extraction system for chips and waste disposal.

The automatic unloading magazine is equipped with a detection sensor at the end of the table. Its capacity is 12 profile pieces.
