CNC machining center for processing PVC profiles, capable of milling, drilling, and fastening reinforcements. Profiles are moved using a motorized gripper, adjustable in height and width, which positions them into the machining module.

The automatic loading magazine can hold up to 7 profiles, with a maximum workable cross-section of 140 x 140 mm and profile lengths ranging from 300 mm to 4,000 mm.

The screw module is mounted on the loading magazine in a fixed position and can be height-adjusted via a dedicated motor. Optionally, a second and third screw automation can be added to optimize cycle times.

The 4-axis machining module features a 360° rotatable turret with 8 electric spindles, enabling operations at all angles. The fully enclosed machining module ensures operator safety and significantly reduces noise.

The machine is compatible with all major calculation and control software programs.
