The sawing and machining center is suitable for fully automatic sawing and machining of all types of aluminum frame and sash profiles.

The machine consists of an automatic feeding magazine, a closed cabin with sawing and milling modules, and an automatic output magazine. Optionally, the machined profiles can be automatically stored in profile carts or a profile storage system. The machine is custom-configured according to technical requirements and desired capacity.

The machining cabin is equipped with servo-adjustable profile supports and clamps. The machining module consists of 2 rotary spindles on each side, each with 2 milling units for machining profiles at all angles. Automatic tool break detection is provided.

The sawing module consists of a servo-adjustable saw blade. The positioning of the saw blade from above or behind can be determined. After sawing and milling, the machine can be expanded with a milling unit for machining the end faces of intermediate uprights.

Chips and waste pieces fall freely into a funnel and are automatically discharged into a container.
