Avoid reshuffling different glass panes on the glass racks during the glazing of elements. The glass is placed on a powered vertical infeed roller conveyor. The roller conveyor’s support surface can be equipped with a lighting tray to easily detect any damage. The operator scans the glass barcode, and the glass dimensions are automatically verified. After confirmation, the glass is automatically picked up by the distribution trolley and stored in one of the buffer compartments. Multiple glass panes can be stored side by side in the buffer compartments. The distribution trolley is equipped with 2 compartments for sorting glass panes. Upon request, the required glass is retrieved by the distribution trolley and transported to the discharge roller conveyor.
