Avoid the need to reorganize different glass panes on glass racks during the glazing of elements. The glass is placed on a vertical roller conveyor. The roller conveyor’s surface can be equipped with a lighting tray for easy detection of any damage. The glass panes can be moved and stored using a manually movable roller conveyor, either in mobile glass trolleys or in fixed buffer racks. Using the movable roller conveyor, each glass pane can be individually transported to the assembly station for glazing the elements.

The system can optionally be equipped with a PC and pick-to-light control. After scanning the barcode on the glass, the PC screen displays the designated storage location. On the other side, after scanning the element to be glazed, a notification appears on the screen indicating the location of the required glass.
