Specifications
The welding machine is available in a length of 3,500 mm. Both welding heads are equipped with heated blades, a welding mirror with automatic temperature adjustment via a digital thermostat, and a standard weld bead limitation of 0.2 mm. The melt depth is 3 mm on each side.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with welding blocks and is suitable for welding all types of standard, acrylic, and coated profiles. The complete welding cycle is controlled by a PLC for heating, melting, and cooling.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with seal presses during cooling and a device for pressing the seal into the inner corner of the frames.
