On the left side of the control station, a feed roller conveyor with a tilt system (83° to 90°) can be mounted to deliver the element to the control station. The right side of the element is pneumatically clamped with the right clamping bar. The element is then manually moved to the center of the control station. Next, the left side of the element is clamped with the left clamping bar. Both clamping bars can be folded backward to allow free passage of the elements. Each clamping bar is equipped with 3 pneumatic clamps for securing the element.

A Beckhoff PLC controls the clamping system to ensure optimal operator safety. The bottom clamp is fixed, the middle clamp is manually adjustable, and the top clamp can be moved using a handwheel, depending on the height of the element.

Electrical connections are provided for testing electric locks and other electronic components. The element can be opened inward and outward thanks to the open structure. Full inspection is possible before placing the element on supports, reducing additional after-sales costs. After inspection, the element can be transferred to the output roller conveyor. The bottom roller conveyor is equipped with steel rollers Ø 50 mm, roller length 300 mm, and roller spacing 200 mm.
