Assembly station suitable for all vertically performed operations on elements, such as frame hardware installation, wing insertion into the frame, glazing and sealing, final inspection, etc.

The element is clamped in the center of the roller conveyor using 2 clamping bars. The clamping bars position themselves simultaneously and synchronously from the outside toward the center to secure the element. The clamping bars are operated via a foot pedal. Optionally, the assembly station can be equipped with a pneumatic tilting system for the roller conveyor, adjustable from 83° to 90°. The clamping bars can be pneumatically folded away behind the support surface of the roller conveyor, allowing elements to be transferred to and from the next station.

The roller conveyor is equipped with a pneumatic lifting system with 500 mm travel, operated via foot pedal for ergonomic handling. Maximum load capacity is 600 kg.

The roller conveyor has a total length of 4,000 mm and is fitted with protective rollers on the left and right sides for damage-free handling of the elements. Overall dimensions: 4.000 x 1.100 x 3.200 mm. The support surface comes standard with sliding strips, but can optionally be fitted with felt, brushes, or rubber rollers. The conveyor is equipped with rollers of 200 mm length.
