Aluzon - Ergonomic Assembly of Sliding Windows
Aluzon was looking for a solution to assemble aluminium sliding windows in an ergonomic and efficient way. The existing workstations did not offer enough flexibility for the increasingly large elements. Since Tryma had previously successfully supplied machines and workshop equipment, they were contacted again to provide the right assembly table.

After consultation, an extendable and tiltable assembly table was chosen, manufactured at Tryma’s facility in Poland. The table can be extended to a maximum of 7 meters, allowing a single operator to assemble even the largest sliding windows. Thanks to the tilting system, work can be performed both horizontally and vertically. In the vertical position, the opening of the sliding window can also be easily tested. At the client’s request, the table was delivered in Aluzon’s distinctive green color.
With the new assembly table, Aluzon can now assemble sliding windows ergonomically, safely, and efficiently. Even the largest elements are no longer a challenge, while the operator works under optimal conditions.
