With our integrated approach, we make the difference!

We want to help our customers optimize their processes and make them future-proof,” says Dennis Koning of Tryma Netherlands. With decades of experience as a production manager, Dennis was approached in 2018 by Tryma Belgium to establish a Dutch branch together. Since then, Tryma has developed its own unique vision on the production of windows and doors.
“
We zien vaak mogelijkheden bij klanten waar ze zelf nog niet aan gedacht hebben.
Tryma is a dealer of processing machines for windows and doors, but today also designs and produces its own machines and production equipment. “At Tryma, we look beyond the machines themselves, and that’s exactly what makes this work so interesting for me,” says account manager Dennis Koning. “I have been working at Tryma Netherlands for several years now and visit many customers. One of the biggest challenges they face is staff shortages. We can help by enabling far-reaching automation of the production process, achieving higher output without increasing headcount.”
Identifying the customer’s exact needs is always the first step, Dennis explains. “Where does the customer see the greatest potential for improvement? From there, we create a tailored proposal for a future-proof production setup. And we look beyond the machines alone. For example, we also assess routing and provide advice on business processes when required.”
“We clearly see the demand for Tryma’s unique solutions,” Dennis continues. “That is why we are currently experiencing strong growth. Two years ago, we established a production company: Tryma Poland. Here we manufacture our own workshop equipment and automated transport systems for windows and doors.” This was an important step for Tryma, as transport and handling within a factory add no value. Employees’ time is better spent producing windows and doors, Dennis notes. “Many tasks can now be performed by robots—a development that is far beyond the experimental stage. We often see opportunities at our customers’ sites that they have not yet considered themselves.”
Tryma’s growth has also led to further expansion. Gert Kodde has recently joined the team as Technical Manager. Like Dennis Koning, he brings many years of experience as a production manager at one of the largest window and door manufacturers in the Netherlands. Gert sees plenty of potential: “Many companies face the same issue—suppliers who deliver machines but cannot think along with them about the entire process. I knew Tryma from my previous role as a company that genuinely collaborates with its customers and delivers real added value thanks to its in-depth process knowledge.”
Tryma aims to offer customers a complete solution, with software playing a key role. Gert Kodde will be closely involved in this area: “We advise on production flow, robotization, and also on the use of the right software. I find it exciting to now be part of this team and to work together with customers to achieve the best possible outcome for their production.”
