The electronic control unit is equipped with an absolute magnetic measuring system, eliminating the need for zeroing. In addition, the device features an advanced radio interface and internal memory for storing measurements. These measurements can be sent directly to the TM-DigiSTOP 4.0 electronic length stop or to other devices such as TM-DigiBS, TM-DigiX, or TM-DigiSC.

The rechargeable batteries provide at least 8 to 9 hours of continuous use.

The device can be equipped with the DigiCHARGER charging station (optional), where the measuring rod can be placed when not in use, allowing continuous charging during working hours. Alternatively, the device can be connected to a suitable power supply without removing the batteries.

The DigiBAR 4.0 can also be used for the production of windows that are not perfectly square thanks to a special set of pins placed in the window corners. The pins can rotate, allowing the operator to easily take measurements at any angle.
