The TM-DIGI-BS is an automatic saw machine designed for PVC or aluminum glazing beads, featuring an integrated length stop. The machine is equipped with an automatic rising saw blade with a diameter of 300 mm and a servo-controlled rotating work table, allowing for variable cutting angles between 20° and 160°.

Profiles are clamped using a universal clamping system with automatic adjustment based on the profile type. This eliminates the need for support blocks when cutting different types of glazing beads. The cutting area is fully enclosed with a transparent safety cover. The machine can be connected to an automatic extraction system. The length stop can be mounted on either the left or right side of the saw machine.

The length stop is available in different useful positioning lengths: 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, or 6,000 mm. Positioning accuracy is +/- 0.1 mm thanks to the magnetic strip, ensuring absolute precision and high positioning speed.

A cutting list can be created by manually entering data via the PC touch screen, by loading files via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or USB stick, or by wirelessly transmitting cutting lengths using the measuring rod. After cutting, the stop automatically retracts, allowing the profile to be easily removed.

Optionally, the TM-DIGI-BS can be equipped with a gripper for automatic feeding of glazing beads into the saw machine. The gripper uses the same electronic clamping system as the saw unit.

On the outfeed side, an automatic outfeed table can also be provided. After cutting, the glazing beads are pushed onto the outfeed table. The table is fitted with a wide belt and has a capacity of approximately 15 glazing beads.
