The two-head saw machine, model TM-133-PRO, is suitable for cutting plastic and aluminum profiles. The machine is equipped with an industrial PC and a 15.6" touchscreen for operation. The operator can work in manual mode, automatic mode, or push mode. The machine can be controlled using CSV cutting lists via Wi-Fi, USB, or network.

The left head is fixed, while the right head automatically positions itself to the desired length. The right head is equipped with a roller conveyor to support the profile. The profile is clamped both vertically and horizontally using two adjustable pneumatic clamps. After closing the safety covers, the saw blades automatically move from back to front.

The TM-133-PRO model is fitted with 600 mm diameter saw blades, which are pneumatically lubricated. The saw heads tilt electronically from 22.5° outward to 135° inward. The cutting speed and the amount of lubrication for the saw blades can be adjusted at the saw heads.

The maximum cutting length is 6,000 mm without repositioning the profile. Longer profile pieces, up to 11,200 mm, can be cut by automatically repositioning the profile. The minimum cutting length with both heads at 90° is 630 mm. An automatically retractable stop is provided for cutting shorter lengths.

A blow gun is included for clearing chips, and connections are provided for an automatic extraction system. After cutting according to a cutting list, a label is printed.
