The two-head saw machine, model TM-113, is suitable for cutting plastic and aluminum profiles. The machine is equipped with an industrial PC, allowing operation via a touchscreen. The operator can manually input a cutting length or create a cutting list. The machine can also be controlled via a network.

The left head is fixed, while the right head automatically positions itself to the desired length. The right head is equipped with a roller conveyor to support the profile. The profile is clamped both vertically and horizontally using two adjustable pneumatic clamps. After closing the safety covers, the saw blades automatically move from back to front.

The TM-113 model is fitted with 500 mm diameter saw blades, which are pneumatically lubricated. The saw heads tilt pneumatically to 90° and 45° inward, with intermediate angles adjustable mechanically. The speed of the cutting motion and the amount of lubrication for the saw blades can be adjusted at the saw heads.

The maximum cutting length is 4,000 mm without repositioning the profile. Longer profile pieces can be cut by automatically repositioning the profile. The minimum cutting length with both heads at 90° is 500 mm. An automatically retractable stop is provided for cutting shorter lengths.

A blow gun is included for clearing chips, and connections are provided for an automatic extraction system. After cutting according to a cutting list, a label is printed.
