Specifications
The Master 550 is a fully automatic CNC machining center for cutting and processing PVC profiles. The machining unit can process profiles on all four sides using any of the 9 air-cooled milling motors.
The saw unit is equipped with two saw blades of 450 mm and 550 mm and can cut angles between 30° and 150° with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The 3-axis controlled gripper is 360° rotatable, allowing even complex profiles to be easily loaded. The machine comes with user-friendly CAM software, compatible with all commonly used production planning systems.
