Therma – Servo-Controlled Custom Double Head Saw
Therma supplies vertical façade cladding and decided to expand its services by offering custom lengths as well. To achieve this, a saw was needed that perfectly matched their profile types while providing enough flexibility for various cutting operations.

After an extensive market study and technical comparison, Therma chose to collaborate with Tryma and invest in the TM-133-PRO. This machine is equipped with software that fully automates the process: the profile is pushed automatically by the right head and cut automatically by the left head, without operator intervention. The large 600 mm blades provide a wide cutting range, while the servo-adjustable angles of both saw heads allow special cuts to be made easily.
With the TM-133-PRO, Therma can now offer its customers custom lengths quickly and efficiently, with high precision and flexibility. The client is extremely satisfied with the installation and is even open to reference visits for potential customers who want to see the machine in operation.
