AL Windows - Production Process Automation
Happy faces at Al Windows with the next step in automating their production process. From now on, seals are automatically inserted into the profiles, and aluminum windows and doors are fully automatically pressed using a CNC-controlled 4-head corner press.

In a first phase, investment was made in an automatic cutting and machining center for aluminum profiles. For further automation, Tryma was contacted. Together, a custom layout was developed, and several reference customers were visited. A logical next step in automating the production process was investing in seal rolling and the pressing of windows and doors. The various visits to other processors convinced the customer of the delivered quality of the machines, the working speed, and the improvement in operator ergonomics. Manual rubbering and the continuous changing and adjustment of press blades during profile changes are now a thing of the past.
